I made bacon and a scramble with spinach, mozzarella, and cheddar. Simple but effective — just like my pickup!

Pilsbury cinimon rolls, sausage links, fresh strawberries and bananas and mimosas for the adults. The kids made most of it. My wife and I may have gone through a bottles worth of champagne while drinking mimosas this morning.

Since its mother’s day, I made 2 bread puddings, 1 sweet 1 savory. A sweet maple bread pudding that used a cup of maple syrup, and a savory strada with bacon, onion , tomatoes, and a half pound of cheddar cheese.
But, that was 5 hours ago, so no SR20, unless you like tupperware.

I made the family some bake and serve cinnamon rolls, some bacon and OJ. About as good as I could do given the time and lack of sleep but it seems to have been appreciated.
